TaxMax Application

The Income Tax Administration Consolidation Project (ITAC) is the project of Department of Taxation, Ministry of Finance, under the financial co-operation of German Technical Co-operation (GTZ). TaxMax application is an integrated solution to enhance the work of the income tax administration by computerizing the working of the department. The project helps the future tax estimation of the country by giving various MIS reports and also increase the tax revenue by facilitating the taxpayer to pay the tax.

The system is implemented in 40 different tax offices in the country. The system is well integrated with VAT (Value Added Tax) Systems and Customs Software System. The project essentially aims at improving the tax legislation, administrative procedures and knowledge of administrative staff.
